FAQs

How do I find my order history?
  • Log into your account by clicking on the person icon which can be found in the top right-hand corner of the website.
  • Once you have logged in, click on “Orders” on the left-hand side of the screen.  This will show all of your recent orders listed by date.
  • Click on “view” to look at each individual order.
  • If for some reason no order history appears in your account, please contact our customer service team on 1800 335 350 or at sales@recoiltools.com.au
How do I cancel or modify my order?
  • Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in an “order confirmation status”. Your order is then processed and shipped.
  • The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during “order confirmation status”. You must contact our customer service team on 1800 335 350 or at sales@recoiltools.com.au.
  • Once your order enters the shipping process we are unable to cancel or modify your order. You can however return your items within 21 Days.
I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
  • Navigate to the account login page by clicking on the person icon which can be found in the top right-hand corner of the website.
  • Here you will find a link “Lost your password?”.
  • Click on the link and enter your email address, you will then be emailed a link to re-set your password. 
  • Occasionally emails can be sent to your junk email folder, please check this folder if you do not receive the email.
Is the website secure for online payment?
  • We have taken every possible security measure to ensure you can shop online with complete confidence on our site. We don’t save or retain any credit card details and only accept payment through the secure NAB Payment Gateway and PayPal.
What is your returns policy?
  • Item(s) must be returned within 21 days of purchase; 21 days starts from the date of purchase to when it’s received back to our warehouse
  • Item(s) must be unused.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
  • If your item(s) match all of these conditions, please contact our customer service team on 1800 335 350 or at sales@recoiltools.com.au to arrange your return.
The item I purchased appears to be faulty. What do I do?
  • All products sold by Recoil are covered by Australian Consumer Laws.  
  • Please contact our customer service team on 1800 335 350 or at sales@recoiltools.com.auto arrange your return.
How much is delivery?
  • We offer free standard shipping (3-6 Business Days) on orders over $60. 
  • For orders under $60 we offer flat rate shipping of $9 for standard delivery (3-6 Business Days) and $12 for express (1-2 Business Days) which can be chosen at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my items once I place an order?
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days via Australia Post, however during peak times such as Christmas and New Years, or during promotions, this may take slightly longer.  Delivery times will also vary depending on your location and whether you choose Standard or Express Australia Post Shipping at checkout.
  • If you have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time, please contact our customer service team on 1800 335 350 or at sales@recoiltools.com.au.
